Alison French, MBA, specializes in helping companies scale revenue by focusing on the intersection of sales and marketing. She has donned many titles in her career including Co-Founder, CEO, COO, and VP of Marketing, but has learned that titles don’t matter to her. As long as she’s scaling revenue and increasing profitability for businesses looking to make a positive impact in their customers' lives she’s in her happy place
French has over two decades of experience building brands, launching products and crafting sales-focused marketing strategies at myriad companies. From building out a marketing team at the world’s largest yacht brokerage at the age of 22 to being employee number one at several multi-million dollar companies, French prides herself on having an innate sense of driving businesses forward. Currently, she is reimagining how B2B sales and marketing will evolve in a post-pandemic world.
French's journey to one of the country's few female CEOs and founders in the tech industry brought her through five countries in a span of 20 years, and this unique perspective has helped shape her business perspective. French resides in San Diego and has worked remotely virtually her entire professional life due to her husband’s military career, having lived in five states and three countries.
When not helping raise companies, French and her husband are raising her three children (ages 9, 6 and 3). In her free time, she enjoys gardening and is currently creating a Pollinator Paradise, to encourage visits from bees, Monarch butterflies and hummingbirds. As a mother of daughters, French is passionate about helping other women juggle careers and motherhood.
